Your blog can't grow well if you are copying the contents... Always try to create articles with your own ideas in your own style..

Good Template : Try to choose a simple template for your blog..Try to choose gray,white or black colors..Simple templates help your visitors to navigate easily..If you studied the coding,its better to create a unique template for your blog..Good Templates make your blog a good looking one..You can also choose free templates for your blog from the sites like premiumbloggertemplates, bestfreetemplates etc..
5. Widgets : Widgets are another useful term in website/blog..Try to maintain the useful widgets for your blog..Don't add the un-useful or unrelated widgets to your blog..Un-useful widgets preventing the easy navigation of your blog..So keep useful widgets..
6. Blog Promotion : This is the last thing you must careful..A blog without visitors didn't meet your needs..So a blog/website needs visitors..You can get visitors by social media,SEO,advertising,making comments on others blogs etc..Also there are many other ways to get visitors...
